Appointment Policy

Union Veterinary Clinic asks that you call ahead to schedule an appointment with a doctor.  The doctor will make every attempt to see scheduled appointments on time, however, emergencies may occur causing us to run behind schedule.   Emergency cases will always receive top priority followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.  We appreciate your patience when these circumstances arise.  Please know that if the emergency involved your pet, he/she would receive immediate attention.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash and personal checks.  Checks are accepted from ESTABLISHED CLIENTS with valid I.D.  To become an established client, 3 paid office visits are required.

Cat Boarding Policy

Any cat that will be boarding with us must be current on vaccinations and flea free.  If vaccines are not current they will be given at the doctor's discretion.  Any cat found with fleas at check-in will be given a flea treatment of the doctor's choosing.  Union Veterinary Clinic will provide all blankets, bowls, litter boxes and food.  If you wish to bring your own food, please notify the receptionist when you drop off.  Due to our building size, we cannot store carriers for all of our boarders.  Please be aware you will need  to bring the carrier(s) home with you when you drop off.  When dropping off for boarding, please allow yourself enough time to completely fill out the boarding consent form.  This will help us to properly care for your cat(s) while you are away.
