Request an Appointment for Your Pet

Now it’s simple to request an appointment for your pet with our online form. If we’ve seen your pet in the past, you will be directed to the app.

Do not use this form if your pet is experiencing an urgent medical issue.

Be sure to read our appointment and payment policies below before scheduling.

If you are booking appointments for multiple pets please call our front desk to schedule.

Union Veterinary Clinic Appointment Policy

We ask that you call ahead or use the online appointment request form or the app to schedule an appointment with a doctor.

The doctor will make every attempt to see scheduled appointments on time; however, emergencies may occur that cause us to run behind schedule. Urgent care cases will always receive top priority, followed by patients with previously scheduled appointments.

We appreciate your patience when these circumstances arise. Please know that if the emergency involves your pet, he or she will receive immediate attention. If you are late to your appointment, the doctor may ask you to reschedule or wait to be seen as a work-in appointment.

When the unexpected happens, we will make every effort to fit your pet in to our schedule. We are unable to see pets without a scheduled appointment, but we reserve spots daily for urgent medical problems. Please call ahead if your pet is experiencing a problem, and we will do our best to get them seen as soon as possible. We may refer you to one of the 24-hour clinics nearby.
